Processing and Shipping
What Shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via UPS.
Where do you ship from?
Our orders are shipped from our retail store in Nappanee, Indiana. There may be an occasion in which a home décor item is shipped from Chicago depending on our in-store stock levels.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed the same day if it is placed before 5pm Eastern time. After 5pm Eastern time, it will be processed the next day by 9am Eastern time.
When will my order arrive?
Your order should arrive in 2-5 business days depending on where you are located within the United States.
How can I track my shipment?
Upon shipping your order, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking information.
Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
Can I pick up my order at your store?
Yes, you have the option to pick up in-store.
If I choose to pick up in store, how long will it take for my order to be processed?
Your in-store order will be ready within 1 hour if it is placed before 4pm Eastern time. After 4pm Eastern time, your order will be processed by 9am Eastern time the next day.
How will I know that my order is ready for pick up?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.
Returns and Backorders
What is your return policy?
Change your mind? No problem! We are happy to exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase; however, credit card refunds are not available.
All personalized and custom item(s) are final sale.
How do I initiate a return?
To process your desired item(s), please contact the store to begin your exchange.
What condition does the item(s) need to be in to return?
Item(s) must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging and with its tags attached.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
You will be responsible for shipping costs to send item(s) back to the store as well as shipping for the exchanged item(s) sent to you.
Can I bring my order to the store to exchange instead of shipping it back?
Yes, you can visit the store to process your exchange. However, your original shipping cost for your order will not be refunded/credited for additional item(s).
I received defective/damaged merchandise. What should I do?
Please contact the store to discuss. We will need pictures of the damaged box/items within the box before replacement.
What is your backorder policy?
From time to time, we sell out of items before we can update our website. If this happens to an item you have ordered we will ship your order as soon as it arrives in-store.
How will I know when my backordered item(s) are in stock again?
We will send you an email letting you know your order is in and ready to ship.
When will I be charged for my backordered item(s)?
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I opt out of your backorder program?
Upon notification of your backordered item(s) via email, you have the option to respond to the email notification that you want to cancel the order. If we do not receive an email letting us know you want to cancel your backordered item, we will go ahead and process your order when your item(s) arrive in-store.

What is your order minimum?
We do not have an order minimum.
How can I place my order?
You can place your order online to ship or pick up in-store.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order after it’s been placed and before it’s been processed.
I’m having issues checking out on the website. Why am I unable to submit my order?
Unfortunately, there may be a seldom occasion where the server is down, and you cannot submit your order. If you are unable to place an order, please contact the store.
Can I modify an existing order?
Yes. You can modify an order before it is processed. Please contact the store and we will be happy to correct it for you.
Payments
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon processing your order.
